Vices For Virtues are a 5-piece melodic hardcore outfit from the Gold Coast. Together since early 2005, Vices are and have been trying to achieve as much as they can by playing as many shows with as many different bands as they can. Concentrating on writing and performing unique original material and intent on spreading a message lyrically as much as possible, Vices do stand out from other bands in the genre. Their sound is that of punk and metal tinged hardcore, a virtue of the combination of the four members listening to a diverse range of music to draw influences from. Having already achieved so much for a young band, Vices For Virtues only want to keep playing and having fun with as many people as possible, while writing enjoyable and dissimilar hardcore music.
